ROAD CLOSURE: HEARST STREET
Starting tomorrow (Thursday, April 18, 2024) at 6 a.m., Hearst Street between Transcontinental Drive and Metairie Manor will be closed.
LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO PARTNER WITH COUNCILMAN BYRON LEE FOR A SPRING HEALTH FAIR AT PARISH HEALTH UNIT IN MARRERO ON SATURDAY, APRIL 20, 2024
The Louisiana Department of Health’s Office of Public Health Region 1 (Orleans Metro Area) will host Spring Into Health, a health and community resource fair on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Jefferson Parish Health Unit in Marrero located at 1855 Ames Blvd.
JEFFERSON PARISH TO OPEN NARCAN DISTRIBUTION SITE AT METAIRIE PUBLIC HEALTH UNIT
Jefferson Parish will launch a Narcan distribution site at the Metairie Public Health Unit (109 Causeway Blvd., Metairie, LA 70001) starting Thursday, April 25, 2024.
DAVID DRIVE RECYCLING DROP-OFF SITE MOVES TO JOSEPH S. YENNI BUILDING PARKING LOT
Due to high volume of traffic, effective Saturday, April 20, 2024, the Eastbank recycling drop-off location will be moved to the parking lot of the Joseph S. Yenni Building (1221 Elmwood Park Boulevard, Jefferson, LA 70123).
LANE CLOSURE: JEFFERSON HIGHWAY AND CENTRAL AVENUE
One right eastbound lane of Jefferson Highway and one northbound lane of Central Avenue will be closed Thursday, April 18, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
LANE CLOSURES: WESTBOUND WEST NAPOLEON AVENUE & SOUTHBOUND CLEARY AVENUE TURN LANE
The left lane of westbound West Napoleon Avenue between Cleary Avenue and Richland Avenue and the right turn lane of southbound Cleary to West Napoleon will be closed continuously starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, April 22, 2024.
LANE CLOSURES: CLEARVIEW PARKWAY AT GLENDALE STREET
Starting Monday, April 15, 2024, there will be daily rotating lane closures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the intersection of Clearview Parkway and Glendale Street.
RESIDENTIAL FAÇADE IMPROVEMENT GRANT PROGRAM AIMS TO ENHANCE HOUSING STOCK IN TERRYTOWN
