LANE CLOSURES
WESTBOUND WEST NAPOLEON AVENUE
& SOUTHBOUND CLEARY AVENUE TURN LANE

JEFFERSON, LA – The left lane of westbound West Napoleon Avenue between Cleary Avenue and Richland Avenue and the right turn lane of southbound Cleary to West Napoleon will be closed continuously starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, April 22, 2024. Work is scheduled to be completed by 5 p.m. on Friday, May 31, weather permitting.

Motorists trying to access westbound West Napoleon Avenue from southbound Cleary Avenue should follow detour signs in the area. Westbound West Napoleon Avenue through traffic should merge to the open lane.

These closures are necessary to repair the sewer lift station as part of the $1 million Cleary and West Napoleon Lift Station Improvement Project. For more information, contact Sid Trouard in the Sewerage Department at (504) 736-6386.
