JEFFERSON PARISH DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ANNOUNCES THE OPENING OF THE 2024 HOMEOWNER REHABILITATION PROGRAM ONLINE APPLICATION
JEFFERSON, LA – The Jefferson Parish Department of Community Development is pleased to announce the opening of the 2024 Revitalizing Jefferson Together: Under One Roof Homeowner Rehabilitation Program.
This program will provide funding to assist qualified homeowners with major and minor repairs such as foundation/structural concerns, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating and/or cooling repairs, water heater and window or door improvements. The online application portal for this program will open at noon on Monday, April 15, 2024 and will close once all spots are filled. Please note: submitting an application does not guarantee assistance and there is no waiting list. All applications will be reviewed and all applicants will be given a final determination.
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Reside in Jefferson Parish and occupy the property as a primary residence
- Meet income eligibility guidelines as designated by the Department of Housing and Urban Development
- Not have received funding from other sources
