Starting Monday, May 10, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., the left eastbound lane of W. Esplanade Ave. at Cleary Ave. will be closed on a continuous basis.

SAUVE ROAD BRIDGE NOW OPEN
JEFFERSON, LA – The Sauve Road Bridge at the Soniat Canal is now open to motorists in both directions.
ROAD CLOSURE: CAUSEWAY BOULEVARD OVERPASS AND AIRLINE DRIVE
Starting Monday, May 3, 2021, two lanes of Airline Dr. in both directions and one lane of the Causeway Blvd. overpass in each direction will be closed daily between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Starting Monday, May 3, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., both eastbound lanes of W Napoleon Ave., from Transcontinental Dr. to Lime St., will be closed on a continuous basis.
JPRD HOSTS “COME BACK TO OWENS” EVENT ON SAT. MAY 1, 2021
On Saturday, May 1, 2021 from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m., the Jefferson Parish Parks and Recreation Department (JPRD), in collaboration with Council District 3, will be hosting a “Come Back to Owens” event to mark a new beginning for Jesse Owens Playground (11101 Newton St., River Ridge, LA 70123).
