JEFFERSON PARISH GOVERNMENT PARTNERS WITH LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & PASSPORT HEALTH TO ADMINISTER MODERNA COVID VACCINE ON APRIL 8, 2021
The Louisiana Department of Health (LDH) in collaboration with Jefferson Parish and Passport Health, will be administering the COVID-19 Moderna vaccine on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at the Alario Center (2000 Segnette Blvd, Westwego, LA 70094) by appointment only.
JEFFERSON PARISH LAUNCHES PROGRAMS TO VACCINATE HARD-TO-REACH GROUPS, INCLUDING A HOMEBOUND VACCINATION INITIATIVE
Jefferson Parish Government has launched a number of programs to increase access to individuals in need of a COVID-19 vaccine, including a Homebound Vaccination Program for those who are bedbound and a Paratransit Vaccination Program for those who have mobility issues.
LANE CLOSURES: DAVID DRIVE
Starting Monday, April 5, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. the right lanes of northbound and southbound David Dr. between W. Napoleon Ave. and W. Metairie Ave. will be closed on a continuous basis.
LANE CLOSURES: WEST ESPLANADE AVENUE
Starting Monday, April 5, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. daily, the westbound lanes of W. Esplanade Ave. by Girard Playground between St. Martin St. and Page Dr. will have alternating lane closures.
JEFFERSON PARISH OFFICES CLOSED ON FRIDAY, APRIL 2 IN OBSERVANCE OF GOOD FRIDAY
Jefferson Parish Government buildings will be closed on Friday, April 2, 2021 in observation of Good Friday.
EASTBOUND LANE OPENS ON W. NAPOLEON AVENUE
Currently, one lane eastbound of W. Napoleon Avenue, between Clearview Parkway and Transcontinental Drive, has been opened to facilitate traffic through the area.

LANE CLOSURE: VETERANS MEMORIAL BOULEVARD
Starting Monday, March 29, 2021, one right turn lane westbound on Veterans Memorial Blvd. crossing N. Causeway Blvd. will be closed daily between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.
ROAD CLOSURE: I-10 OFF RAMP
Starting Sunday, March 28, 2021, at 7:00 a.m., the I-10 eastbound off-ramp to Veterans Blvd. will be closed.
