LANE CLOSURES: JEFFERSON HIGHWAY AT DECKBAR AVENUE

On Saturday, January 29, 2022, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., the middle and right lanes of westbound Jefferson Highway, one southbound lane of Deckbar Ave. between Jefferson Highway and Osterley Dr., and the eastbound Jefferson Highway turn lane onto northbound Deckbar Ave. will be closed.

Starting Monday, January 24, 2022 at 8:00 a.m., one lane at a time of the eastbound lanes of W. Esplanade Ave. at Edenborn Ave. will be closed.

Jefferson Parish maintains approximately 23,000 street lights and Entergy maintains approximately 35,000 street lights throughout the Parish.

LANE CLOSURES: TRANSCONTINENTAL DRIVE BETWEEN EASTBOUND VETERANS BOULEVARD AND QUINCY STREET

Starting Monday, January 24, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., the southbound left lane and the northbound left lane of Transcontinental Dr. between eastbound Veterans Blvd. and Quincy St. will be closed on a continuous basis.

JEFFERSON PARISH OFFERING FREE OVERDOSE RESCUE PACKS AT FIVE FIRE STATIONS

Jefferson Parish has partnered with University Medical Center New Orleans, the Spirit of Charity, St. Bernard Parish and Orleans Parish to offer free overdose rescue packs to anyone over the age of 18.

LANE CLOSURE: WESTBOUND WEST ESPLANADE AVENUE AT N. HULLEN STREET

Starting Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 7 a.m., one westbound lane of West Esplanade Avenue at N. Hullen Street will be closed continuously.
