All Massage Establishments must have both a current Louisiana State Board Massage Establishment License and a current Jefferson Parish Massage Establishment License. 

To apply for the Jefferson Parish Massage Establishment, create an account or log in to the Parish permitting website at MGOConnect.org. Users can also download a mobile app by searching for "MGO Connect" and installing the app. 

Users will then:

• Select Jefferson Parish as their jurisdiction to submit applications
• Click on the Lodging License/Massage Establishment tab
• Complete the application (including uploading your current State license)
• Submit payment for the Parish license
