NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS OF UNINCORPORATED
JEFFERSON PARISH AND THE TOWN OF JEAN LAFITTE:
THERE WILL BE NO GARBAGE COLLECTION ON CHRISTMAS DAY, ALL TRASH DROP-OFF SITES
AND THE PARISH LANDFILL WILL CLOSE; CURBSIDE RECYCLING WILL TAKE PLACE AS SCHEDULED
JEFFERSON, LA – There will be no curbside garbage collection on Friday, December 25, 2020, Christmas Day. There is no make-up day for the missed collection; those who normally receive garbage collection on Fridays will not be picked-up until Tuesday, December 29, 2020.
Curbside recycling will take place as scheduled on Christmas Day.
All four Trash Drop-off Sites and the Jefferson Parish Landfill will be closed on Friday, December 25, 2020 and will re-open for business on Saturday, December 26, 2020.
