ROAD CLOSURE
VETERANS MEMORIAL BOULEVARD BETWEEN EDENBORN AVENUE AND HESSMER AVENUE

JEFFERSON, LA – Starting today, the right lane of westbound Veterans Memorial Boulevard between Edenborn Avenue and Hessmer Avenue will be closed daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Motorists will merge to the available lanes.

This closure is necessary to repair the roadway, shoulder and driveway in front of 3609 Veterans Memorial Boulevard at a cost of $5,500,000. This work will be conducted at no cost to the parish. Work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, April 28, 2023 at 3 p.m., weather permitting.
