ROAD CLOSURE:
VETERANS BOULEVARD AT MISSISSIPPI AVENUE

JEFFERSON, LA - Starting Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 9 a.m., the median opening at the intersection of Veterans Boulevard and Mississippi Avenue will be closed. Motorists should continue down westbound or eastbound Veterans Boulevard and use the next available U-turn.

This closure is necessary to replace the signal cabinet at a cost of $20,000. Work is scheduled to be completed by Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 12 p.m., weather permitting.
