ROAD CLOSURE:
HOMESTEAD AVENUE AT WEST ESPLANADE AVENUE

JEFFERSON, LA - Starting at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, the vehicle bridge at Homestead Avenue and West Esplanade Avenue will be closed. Motorists traveling northbound on Homestead Avenue will turn right on West Esplanade Avenue and U-turn at Oaklawn Drive. Motorists traveling southbound on Homestead Avenue will turn right on West Esplanade Avenue and U-turn at Bonnabel Boulevard. 

This closure is necessary for bridge repairs at a cost of $22,000. Work is scheduled to be completed by Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 5 p.m., weather permitting.
