ROAD CLOSURE
DAVID DRIVE
JEFFERSON, LA – Starting Friday, November 6, 2020, at 9:00 p.m., both southbound lanes of David Dr. (just south of Veterans Blvd.) will be closed with no thru-traffic. Motorists traveling southbound on David Dr. will be detoured to eastbound or westbound Veterans Blvd.
Motorists traveling northbound on David Dr. will be detoured to the open lane. Police Officers will provide traffic control at David Dr. and Veterans Blvd. during the northbound lane closure.
The closure is necessary to install a 20” water main across David Dr. near Veterans Blvd. as part of a $7.99 million dollar project. Work is scheduled to be completed by Monday, November 9, 2020 at 6:00 a.m.
