ROAD CLOSURE
37th STREET FROM JEANNETTE DRIVE TO ALEXANDER DRIVEAND WADE DRIVE TO CRAIG AVENUE
JEFFERSON, LA – Starting tomorrow (November 23, 2022) at 7 a.m., both lanes of 37th Street from Jeannette Drive to Alexander Drive and Wade Drive to Craig Avenue will be closed on a continuous basis. Motorists will detour from Jeannette Drive to 39th Street to Alexander Drive, and from Wade Drive to 39th Street to Craig Avenue.
This closure is necessary for improvements to the Elmwood Park Subdivision sewer lift stations at a cost of $1,000,000. Work is scheduled to be completed by Monday, December 12, 2022 at 6 p.m., weather permitting. For more information, please contact Brett Todd in the Sewerage Department at (504) 736-6870.
