December 16, 2019 NOTICE TO ALL RESIDENTS OF UNINCORPORATED JEFFERSON PARISH AND THE TOWN OF JEAN LAFITTE NO GARBAGE COLLECTION ON NEW YEAR’S DAY, JANUARY 1, 2019 CURBSIDE RECYCLING WILL TAKE PLACE AS SCHEDULED |

There will be NO CURBSIDE GARBAGE COLLECTION on Wednesday, January 4, 2020, New Year’s Day. There is no make-up day for the missed collection; the next garbage picked-up is on Saturday, January 4, 2020. CURBSIDE RECYCLING will take place as scheduled on New Year’s Day. All four Trash Drop-off Sites and the Jefferson Parish Landfill will close on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 and will re-open for business Thursday, January 2, 2020.
