LANE CLOSURES
VETERANS BOULEVARD
Between Severn Avenue and Bonnabel Boulevard

JEFFERSON, LA – Starting tomorrow, Sunday, May 7, 2023, westbound lanes of Veterans Blvd., between Severn Ave. and Bonnabel Blvd., will be closed.

Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., one westbound lane will be closed; between the hours of 9:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m., two westbound lanes will be closed. Motorists will merge to available lanes for travel.

This closure is necessary for milling and overlay of asphalt roadway and full-depth replacement in a certain section at a cost of $2,629,023. Work is scheduled to be completed by Saturday, September 9, 2023, weather permitting.
