LANE CLOSURE
NORTHBOUND AMES BOULEVARD
Between Lapalco Boulevard and Belle Terre Road

JEFFERSON, LA – Starting Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 7 a.m., the right lane of northbound Ames Boulevard between Belle Terre Road and Lapalco Boulevard will be closed. Motorists will detour to the left lane. 

Cost for this closure is $100,000 and is due repairs to the roadway following the collapse of a subsurface sewer line. Work is scheduled to be completed by 5 p.m. on Friday, February 9, 2024, weather permitting.
