LANE CLOSURE
EASTBOUND VETERANS BOULEVARD AT LAKE AVENUE

JEFFERSON, LA – Starting Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 9 a.m., the left turn lane of eastbound Veterans Boulevard from Carrollton Avenue to Lake Avenue will be closed continuously. To detour, motorists will take a left at Carrollton Avenue, a right on Raspberry Street and then return to Lake Avenue.

This closure is necessary to install a 24-inch water main as part of the ongoing $17.2 million Veterans Drainage Pump Station Project. Work is scheduled to be completed by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2024, weather permitting.
