JEFFERSON PARISH TO HOST TWO
PARKS AND RECREATION JOB FAIR EVENTS

JEFFERSON, LA – The Jefferson Parish Personnel Department, in conjunction with the Jefferson Parish Parks and Recreation Department (JPRD), will be hosting two informational job fair events for all people interested in learning about job opportunities with JPRD. The first job fair event will be on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 from 12 – 7 p.m., at Terrytown Playground (641 Heritage Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056); the second job fair event will be on Tuesday, August 22, 2023 from 12 – 7 p.m. at Johnny Bright Playground (3401 Cleary Ave., Metairie, LA 70002).

These job fair events are intended to provide an opportunity to speak with various playground representatives, to obtain information about the current full-time and part-time jobs, and answer questions about the application process. Computers will be available during the event for accepting online applications.
