JEFFERSON PARISH TO HOLD SALTWATER INTRUSION PRESS CONFERENCE
ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2023 AT 4PM AT THE EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER

JEFFERSON, LA – Jefferson Parish President Cynthia Lee Sheng will join other parish officials and partners for a press conference on Friday, September 29, 2023 at 4 p.m. to provide an update on mitigation measures in place ahead of the saltwater intrusion.

The press conference will be open for media and officials only to attend in-person. It will take place inside the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Media Room (2nd floor), 910 3rd St., in Gretna.
