JEFFERSON PARISH SEEKING ADDITIONAL EARLY CHILDCARE EDUCATION
SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR JEFFCAP’S BIRTH TO FIVE PROGRAM

Submissions due by Friday, October 6, 2023 at 3:30 p.m.

JEFFERSON, LA – The Jefferson Parish Community Actions Programs (JeffCAP) is seeking persons or firms interested in providing early childcare education services for the Jefferson Community Actions’ Head Start Birth-to-Five Program.

“We are in need of licensed early childhood providers to deliver education, parent involvement, and nutrition services for children ages three to five years under the Head Start Birth-to-Five Grant. This will allow us to continue to provide these critical services to as many families in our community as possible,” said JeffCAP Director Christi Langoni.

Those interested and qualified as defined by the Department of Health and Human Services are encouraged to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ). All submissions must be received on the Purchasing Department’s e-Procurement site, by 3:30 p.m. on Friday, October 6, 2023. Late submissions will not be accepted. JeffCAP Head Start has a 50-year old history of providing comprehensive, high quality, developmentally appropriate services to children and their families in Jefferson Parish. The Head Start program supports a child’s growth and development by providing early childhood education, individualized teaching, safe, clean, well equipped classrooms, health, nutrition and mental health services.
