JEFFERSON PARISH OFFICES CLOSED ON
FRI. NOVEMBER 11, 2022, IN OBSERVANCE OF VETERANS DAY

JEFFERSON, LA – All Jefferson Parish Government offices, including the Jefferson Parish libraries and the Jefferson Protection & Animal Welfare Services (JPAWS), will be closed on Friday, November 11, 2022, in observance of the Veterans Day holiday.

There will be no Jefferson Parish Parks & Recreation (JPRD) programming on Friday, November 11, 2022, and parks will be closed (not including Lafreniere Park and Parc des Familles). All JPRD programming and parks will resume normal operations on Saturday, November 12, 2022. Visit www.JPRD.com for more information.

Jefferson Parish Transit will be running a regular schedule service on Friday, November 11, 2022. Visit www.JPTransit.org for more information.

Garbage collection and curbside recycling will take place as scheduled on Friday, November 11, 2022, for residents of Unincorporated Jefferson Parish and the Town of Jean Lafitte.
