| The Department of Property Maintenance Zoning Quality of Life (PMZ) conducted a sweep in Council District 5 on Thursday, November 21, 2019 on Hessmer Avenue. PMZ issued seven (7) citations to properties for various violations, including junk, debris and inoperable vehicles; six vehicles were tagged for removal.
