DEPARTMENT OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE,
ZONING QUALITY OF LIFE ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF SWEEP

JEFFERSON, LA – The Jefferson Parish Department of Property Maintenance Zoning Quality of Life (PMZ) conducted a sweep on the west bank in Council District 2 on Thursday, February 18, 2021.

The streets included in the sweep were Adam Dr., August Ave., E. Judah Dr., S. Judah Dr., Majestic Pl., Marine St., Victoria Dr., and Weigel St.

PMZ issued 40 citations to properties for various violations, including structures in disrepair, high grass and weeds, and inoperable vehicles. Seventeen vehicles were tagged for removal.
